  • Personnel structure planning (availability of positions for promotions, transitions)
  • Retaining and recruiting colleagues for our university
  • Appropriate use of the university's resources

In all these issues, a balance must always be struck between the legal and other constraints, the flexibility required at a university and the need to protect the individual colleague.

The solution to most of these issues is a balancing act between the different interests and necessities. Appropriate solutions require imagination, expertise and - not least - the ability to compromise.

Experience, knowledge and understanding of all areas and all facets of work at our university are essential for handling these topics. This is essentially the "mission" of our election proposal "Vielfalt unserer Universität".
